If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact our guest services team within 14 days of your appointment by calling us at 206-395-2060 or emailing frontdesk@sensasalon.com with photos explaining the issue and our team will be happy to schedule you in for a fix.

If you don’t love your new products once you get home, you can return your products within 14 days.

What is your product return policy?

Sensa Salon offers free WiFi for our guests, and we welcome you to use it to work on your laptop or other devices during your appointment. Feel free to come in early and work in our cafe! Add on a Silent Session if you would prefer a quiet appointment.

Do you have WiFi? Can I work during my appointment?

YES! Please feel free to bring in your pup with you to your appointment. We only ask that you bring in dogs on a leash that enjoy other dogs/people and can quietly wait for the duration of your appointment. 

Is your salon dog friendly?

Salons are notoriously not a great place for kiddos- hot tools, sharp objects, and people working very carefully are all things that are hard for children to avoid in our space. We ask that you please do not bring small children to your appointment for their safety as well as keeping a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We offer kids cuts, but we do not have kids pricing options.

Do you do kids hair services and/or allow children at your salon?

On federal holidays and Sundays street parking is free and unrestricted. Please keep in mind that there is no parking on 1st avenue from 3-7pm & nothing ruins an amazing hair appointment like having to track down your towed vehicle! We recommend using public transportation or rideshare services when possible, to avoid having to find parking in the city. If you are driving, keep in mind that parking in Seattle can be time consuming, and we advise leaving yourself extra time to ensure you can find an appropriate spot before your appointment.

Where should I park?

An in-depth consultation is included with all appointments, whether that is cut, color, styling, or a smoothing treatment. If you are looking to make a big change, book a specialty color service, or would like to chat with a stylist in person, we highly recommend you book a complimentary consultation first to ensure you are booked for the correct timing, service, and accurately price quoted. We also require consultations prior to booking new highlights with at-home color, extension installs, bleach and tones, and pintura highlights due the varied timing and pricing in these services. 

Do I need a consultation prior to my appointment?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your appointment up to one day before the time of your service. We ask that you please respect our stylists time and livelihood by always notifying us if you will not be coming to your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 mins late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule.

What is your no-show/late cancellation policy?

Yes! We are always accepting new clients. Occasionally a particular stylist may temporarily close their schedules to new guests, but we always have stylists who are ready to welcome you to our Sensa family with open arms! For same-day availability, we recommend texting our dedicated line at 206-593-2739 for the quickest response.

Most clients book weeks in advance to secure their spot, but we’re happy to add you to our waitlist for a specific time or date—or to notify you if an earlier appointment becomes available.

How should i come in with my hair?

For any curly service, please arrive with your hair clean, dry and down. If you're comfortable coming into the salon with little to no product, great! For any other service, please make sure your hair is not more than 2 days dirty.
