Our Associate Program is  one on one, hands on, and designed to not only give you the confidence behind the chair, but thrive as a Career Stylist. Sensa not only offers the opportunity to grow as a professional, but you can also continually increase your income working in our performance and level-based commission structure. We also offer a 401K to allow you to plan for your retirement, paid time off and an education allocation.
